March 3 - June 6, 2023 Purse Pre-Order Updates
If you ordered between March 3 - June 6, 2023:
9/29 UPDATE: I know that knowing that the bags are shipping makes the anticipation of their delivery even greater, but please know that it is totally out of our hands at this point. Our fulfillment company is processing the orders as quickly as they can and we can't do anything to make them speed it up. It may take a week or longer for them to get out all of the orders, and you'll know when yours is ready when they send you the tracking number. We don't know when individual orders will ship, and we can't ask them to ship individual orders. I know how hard all of this waiting is, and I really really do appreciate your incredible patience!
9/27 UPDATE: My warehouse informed me that they have begun shipping today. Thank you for your patience!
9/18 UPDATE: The bags arrived at my warehouse last week and they sent me the invoice for postage today, which I paid. So now hopefully they should start shipping at any time now! Yay! I will let you know when I know for sure that bags have started shipping. Please remember that it can take several days to a couple weeks (depending on how reliable my warehouse is being!) for all of the purses to ship from the warehouse once fulfillment begins. Yours may not be one of the first to go, but it will be shipped asap! Thank you so much for your patience and I hope you love your bags!!!
8/31 UPDATE: The bags should be arriving in the US by 9/10 and then, unfortunately, they will still be going to my fulfillment warehouse because I was unable to intercept the package to have it rerouted to my house instead. So this next batch will still be shipping with my old warehouse. I am hoping VERY badly that they will be more prompt this time, and I am asking them to expedite the shipping process as quickly as possible so that all the bags can get out by the end of September. I'll be sending out requests for address changes early next week so please keep an eye out for that message if you need to change your address. Thank you for your patience!
8/25 UPDATE: I am anticipating that the bags should be arriving fairly soon. If you were following the updates for my previous sale, you know that I had a lot of issues with my fulfillment warehouse this time. I am in the process of trying to reroute this order to be delivered directly to me instead of the warehouse this time and I am hoping to ship the bags manually myself to make sure they get to you in a timely manner. I will keep you updated as soon as I have a delivery date. Bags estimated to ship in August - September are still on track to ship by the end of September. Thank you for your patience!!
8/13 UPDATE: Still waiting for the bags to arrive at the warehouse! Please be aware that if your estimated shipping time was "August - September" that means that I expect your order to ship sometime between August 1st and September 30th. If your estimated shipping time was "July - August" then I expect it so ship sometime between July 1st and August 31st. These are estimated shipping ranges and I do my best to ship within them. 7/25 UPDATE: The bags have finished production and are about to be shipped to my warehouse! They should be in transit for about 1-2 months and I will let you know when they have arrived at the warehouse and are ready to be shipped!
7/9 UPDATE: Bags are still in production, I'll let you know when they're finished!
6/6 UPDATE: My manufacturer will be combing orders from my last two sales periods so orders from March 3 - June 6 will be shipping all together -- on time! I'll be adding the latest purses to my existing order tomorrow and will keep you updated when production is complete!
4/18 UPDATE: Thank you so much for your order! Tomorrow I will be submitting the order to my manufacturer. I will keep you posted on the production process along the way!
I also just want to address a common question I've been getting -- if you already placed a pre-order you cannot change the color or style of bag after production has started. My entire production line is based on pre-orders so your bag is custom made *just for you* once you pre-order it. I don't have any wiggle room for anyone to change their choice later. I'm very sorry if I come out with any new colors or designs that you prefer, but I desperately hope you understand how the orders are kind of locked in once I pay my manufacturer to make them.
