Shipping & Returns

All handmade items are made to order and typically ship within 7-10 business days. Pins and patches are ready to ship. Please allow an additional 5-7 processing days for laser cut wood items, greeting cards, and orders that require customization. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail, which takes approximately 2-7 days for US delivery and 2-5 weeks for international delivery. We are currently shipping every Friday.

Purses are produced in batches once a month and the turnaround time after you order is approximately 6 months. Updates are provided regularly on this page.

If you order apparel or accessories from our Threadless store please note that Threadless handles all of the production and shipping, so if you have any inquiries about a Threadless order you should contact them directly at shop.support@threadless.com.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order. You can add items to your cart to calculate the exact shipping cost.

If you are only ordering stickers you will also have the option of selecting 75 cent economy shipping at checkout. This would mean your order would ship in an envelope with a stamp, with no tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages shipped this way.

If you are in the EU and UK you can purchase up to $20 worth of stickers on this website and they will ship via economy mail with no tracking. If you are in the EU or UK and you want to order more than $20 worth of stickers you'll have to place more than one order.

Most orders come with free USPS tracking, which we email to you once your order is being completed. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking page to begin updating. 

If you are only purchasing stickers, you will have the option at checkout of selecting economy shipping without tracking. This would mean your order would ship in an envelope with a stamp and no tracking. If you select this option we are not responsible for lost packages.

Please be aware that once we hand your package to the USPS, the package is not in our control -- inquires about the package in transit can be directed to the United States Postal Service customer service line at 1-800-275-8777. But in the rare event that you have a big issue, please contact us here.

First, please check the shipment confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. Click on the tracking number link to see if it tells you any information.

When the shipping service (USPS, FedEx, etc.) indicates that a package has been delivered to the address listed on your order confirmation we will consider it a completed transaction on our end. If you have problems with an order that has been marked as delivered on the tracking, we recommend contacting the shipping service directly.

Please note that purses are all on pre-order and typically ship about six months after you place your order. Please look at your email order confirmation or our purse shipping updates page to get a more accurate shipment estimate. If you haven't received your purse it's likely that the shipping for that pre-order just hasn't started yet. Thank you for your patience!

If your order appears to be at a standstill, we recommend contacting the United States Postal Service customer service line at 1-800-275-8777. They will ask for the tracking number that we sent to your email upon shipment, and they’ll open a case to search for it. Unfortunately, we cannot dedicate time to inquiring and following up about delayed or lost orders once they are in transit -- but if your order never arrives please contact us here.

If the tracking page says that your order was delivered, but it's not yet in your possession -- don't worry! The USPS system updates the tracking when your local post office scans it as Delivered. However, these tracking updates are not always exact to the minute, and the order may still be on its way to you. We also recommend waiting 1-2 days to see if your local post office may have scanned it incorrectly. It may instead show up tomorrow! We also recommend checking with the main office or front desk if you live in an apartment complex. This happens frequently enough to warrant mentioning it in our FAQ.

New Jersey, USA. I do not offer local pickup, even if you live so close we're practically neighbors (sorry!) However, I occasionally participate in art fairs so keep your eyes peeled on my blog or instagram for updates on when I might be selling my products locally.

For overseas buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Please be aware that Holliday bags ship individually so if you are overseas that there may be additional customs fees if you order this with another item that ships separately.

Every item that we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if you find that your item is defective or damaged, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery in exchange for either a replacement item or store credit. Please note that returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged merchandise, and that the shipping fee is not refundable.

Please note that we will issue refunds and replacements for defective/damaged purses for *90 days* from the receipt of the product. After 90 days the purse is considered final sale.

If you need to make a return, please contact our customer service team and they will respond with return instructions. Please ensure that all shipping address information is correct at checkout, as packages returned to us by the postal carrier due to an insufficient address are subject to a shipping fee for the repeated shipping and handling.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that seem fraudulent or suspicious.

Coupon Codes

Sorry, only one coupon code can be applied per order. And some items, such as custom laser cut items and dresses are exempt from codes. Items that are exempt are noted as such in their item descriptions.

Sure! Add any four pins, patches, buttons, or button sets to your cart and use code "YAYFLAIR" at checkout. The code will make your least expensive item FREE! Yay! Please note that each listing counts as one item. So a set of two lapel pins will only count as one (1) item in the buy-3-get-1-free deal.

As of November 2019 we have discontinued these coupon codes and they are no longer valid. Please feel free to use one of our other codes like "YAYFLAIR" to get 4 pins for the price of three. We are still striving to offer whatever deals we can afford, but unfortunately we're unable to offer a blanket percentage off of all orders anymore.

Some items in my shop are not eligible for *any* coupon codes - that includes my patreon codes for 15% off and free shipping. Items that are exempt from codes are noted as such in their item descriptions. If you receive a message that the free shipping code is not applicable to your shipping destination at checkout that is because an item in your cart is not eligible for free shipping.

If you have issued a chargeback with your credit card in the past, you are blocked from making purchases in our store in the future. We will always work to resolve issues with our customers, but to protect ourselves we cannot do business with people who have reported us to their bank.
