SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order. Most of my items are very lightweight, weighing only 1-3oz each. You can add items to your cart to calculate the exact shipping cost, but here are my rates:

    UNITED STATES
    • US orders up to 12oz ship for $3.00
    • US orders 13oz-2lb ship for $6.00
    • US orders 2lb + ship for $10
    • All US orders over $20 ship FREE!*
    INTERNATIONAL
    • International orders up to 3oz ship for $3.00
    • International orders up to 7oz ship for $3.50
    • International orders up to 15oz ship for $6.50
    • International orders up to 2lb ship for $16.00
    • International orders up to 20lb ship for $35.00
    • All International orders over $20 ship FREE!*

    *Offer does not apply to 90s time machine kits. We do not ship to Italy.

    All handmade items are made to order and typically ship within 7 business days. Pins and patches are ready to ship and typically ship within 1-3 business days (often same-day if you order early enough!) Cell phone cases and dresses ship separately from all other Kate Gabrielle shop items, and usually take up to 10 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 processing days for orders that require customization. Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which takes approximately 2-7 days for US delivery and 1-4 weeks for International delivery. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order has shipped.

    RETURNS

    Every item that we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if you find that your item is defective or damaged, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery in exchange for either a replacement item or store credit. Please note that returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged merchandise, and that the shipping fee is not refundable. If you need to make a return, please contact our customer service team and they will respond with return instructions. Please ensure that all shipping address information is correct at checkout, as packages returned to us by the postal carrier due to an insufficient address are subject to a shipping fee for the repeated shipping and handling.
