Kate Gabrielle Monthly Tagged Photo Giveaway begins at 12:00AM EST at the first of every month and ends at 11:59PM EST on the final day of every month. Contest winners are announced on @kategabrielle Instagram account within 7 calendar days of the start of the following month. The contest is open only to those who receive the Kate Gabrielle Monthly Tagged Photo Giveaway card, have a public Instagram account, and are legal residents of the United States of America. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Kate Gabrielle to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Your entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Kate Gabrielle team. Items sent to contest winners vary in size, quantity, subject matter and value and are not chosen by contest winner.
