PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Kate Gabrielle retailer! We’re very excited for the opportunity to work together. We offer two different wholesale tiers to suit your specific needs:


Our Standard Wholesale program has a $200 minimum order requirement with a 20 piece minimum per design.


Our Petite Wholesale program has a $100 minimum order requirement with a 6 piece minimum per design, and a nominal 20% surcharge built in to the item price.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum Order Requirements

Below you will find a synopsis of our Standard and Petite wholesale pricing tiers. Each wholesale pricing tier offers different minimum order totals, different minimum quantities per item and varying prices per item. The two pricing tiers cannot be combined in the same order. 

STANDARD MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

We offer a Standard Account purchase option with two minimum requirements for each order:

Minimum Purchase Total: $200 USD

Minimum Quantity per Item: 20

Wholesale pricing:

  • $12 MSRP lapel pins are $4 each wholesale
  • $10 MSRP patches are $4 each wholesale
  • $15 MSRP lapel pin sets are $5/set wholesale
  • $18 MSRP pin sets are $6/set wholesale
  • $6 MSRP button sets are $3/set wholesale
  • $12 MSRP button sets are $6/set wholesale

For Example: A purchase may include 100 Clever Girl Enamel Lapel Pin units, 80 Bleeding Heart Brooch set units, and 20 Shark Week patch units. Conversely, a purchase may not include 190 Clever Girl Enamel Lapel Pin units and 10 Shark Week patch units. Any individual item may only be ordered in quantities at or above 20.

PETITE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

We offer a Petite Account purchase option for shops wishing to make a smaller purchase. The Petite Wholesale option has a smaller minimum purchase total and smaller minimum quantity per item. A 20% surcharge is added to Petite Wholesale orders.

Minimum Purchase Total: $100 USD

Minimum Quantity per Item: 6

Wholesale pricing:

  • $12 MSRP lapel pins are $4.80 each wholesale
  • $10 MSRP patches are $4.80 each wholesale
  • $15 MSRP lapel pin sets are $6/set wholesale
  • $18 MSRP pin sets are $7.20/set wholesale
  • $6 MSRP button sets are $3.60/set wholesale
  • $12 MSRP button sets are $7.20/set wholesale

For Example: A purchase may include 10 Clever Girl Enamel Lapel Pin units, 6 Bleeding Heart brooch set units, and 15 Shark Week patch units. Conversely, a purchase may not include 2 Clever Girl Enamel Lapel Pin units and 5 Shark Week patch units. Any individual item may only be ordered in quantities at or above 6.

MSRP

QUOTATIONS

Prices and other details in any quotation that we provide are only valid for 30 days or such other limited time period as stated in the quotation.

MSRP

Products purchased from Kate Gabrielle wholesale may only be sold at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event that you choose to list the products for sale at a discount, you may not discount the products more than 15% below the MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing.

Web Commerce

No products purchased from or produced by Kate Gabrielle wholesale may be resold by or through any online marketplace (such as Amazon®, Etsy®, eBay®, etc) without express written authority. If you intend to sell the products produced by Kate Gabrielle in an online store, it must be owned by the entity applying for a Wholesale Account.

Product Images

We will provide product images for your print, online or in-store presence if requested. If you require additional images, please contact us. 

Resale to Wholesale Accounts

Any Wholesale Account who distributes our products to any entity for resale must require their customer to strictly adhere to the same Wholesale Account guidelines as set forth in this Wholesale Agreement. Any Wholesale Account who does not enforce these guidelines with their own resale customers will be subject to termination of this agreement.

Payment

All orders are processed through our website or PayPal and must be accompanied by prepayment. We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal and Apple Pay. We do not accept checks, money orders or cash. We do not extend credit terms at this time. To place an order, e-mail us your order and will send you a manual invoice.

Order Modification or Cancellation

Products are manufactured in separate batches especially for Wholesale Accounts.

Any modifications to orders already placed must be emailed to wholesale@kategabrielle.com within 48 hours.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 business days of ordering. You acknowledge that following the 3 business day buffer period, you are required to compensate us for any losses incurred from the cancellation of the order.

Packaging

All products are available in the following packaging:

A - Individually packaged on branded backing card in a clear plastic bag.
B - Individually packaged on branded backing card in a clear plastic bag with a hang tag.  

No additional charge will be incurred for choosing Option B, and conversely no discount will be applied for choosing Option A.

We update our branded packaging often, so the materials that you are sent may differ from backing cards pictured on this website.

Processing and Shipping

PROCESSING TIME

All wholesale orders are subject to a 4-5 week processing time. If you are in need of expedited processing, please email us at wholesale@kategabrielle.com to check the stock of the items you need before placing an order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

No purchases will be shipped until full payment is received. We do not offer COD orders. We ship via the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or FedEx based on cost of shipment. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. All purchase totals in final quotation include the cost of packaging materials and handling fees built-in.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

You acknowledge that the refund amount for a refused shipment will be subject to charges for any losses incurred by kategabriellewholesale.com from the manufacture of the order.

Product Errors and Returns

The period for returning obviously defective goods is 10 business days. You must inspect the goods on delivery and, if there are any defects, notify us within this period. This includes if the goods are defective because there is a shortfall in the quantity delivered or they do not conform to an agreed specification. If you fail to notify us within this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and no refund shall be issued despite any defects (other than non-obvious or latent defects that you could not be reasonably expected to have identified within the time period). If you claim that the goods are defective, you must return them to us as soon as possible (or if it is not possible to return them, make them available for us to inspect).

Warranty

We work hard to protect our reputation and that of our customers; if you or your customers find any defect related to the printing or manufacturing of an item within 60 business days of receipt of shipment, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Merchantability and Misrepresentations

You acknowledge that Kate Gabrielle makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the merchantability of Kate Gabrielle products. You acknowledge that Kate Gabrielle does not accept the return of items due to your discontinuation of the product -- wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged other than in the case of defective merchandise. You acknowledge that Kate Gabrielle is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentations of the goods by you or the final retail purchaser or consumer, and hereby indemnify Kate Gabrielle for any legal actions that may result from such actions.

Confirmation of Agreement to Policies, Terms & Conditions

  • I agree that I will not file a chargeback with my issuing bank and understand in doing so I give Kate Gabrielle the right to take legal action to enforce these conditions. In the event that kategabrielle.com must seek legal action to enforce these conditions or collect a debt, defendant shall bear legal fees.
  • I agree that I will not allege to consumers that I manufactured these products myself, nor appointees of myself.
  • I have reviewed and understand Kate Gabrielle's policies and procedures for payment and shipping as well as all terms and conditions. I authorize Kate Gabrielle to keep this agreement on file and apply these policies to all future transactions made between Kate Gabrielle and myself.

Placing an order signifies your agreement to follow these conditions for all purchases that your company may make with Kate Gabrielle wholesale. Please keep a copy of our Terms & Conditions for your own records. Thank you!
